UX Process
Our plan requires six core deliverables: Defining Targeted Personas and associated User Scenarios to guide structure; developing the Website Map and detailing Traffic Flow and key Conversion Points; and using Competitive Analysis to inform the overall strategy and final Items to Deliver.

The key performance tasks involve the initial Salla theme setup and customization (applying the O2 logo, colors, and fonts). This will be followed by the detailed design of all critical key pages (homepage, product, and checkout), with a mandatory focus on full mobile responsiveness, concluding with a detailed UI review and refinement of all typography, buttons, and layout elements.

The Development Stage translated design into reality using Python/Django, React/Next.js, and MySQL. Hosted on Digital Ocean, the platform was engineered for interactive precision and cross-device performance. Post-implementation, we used rigorous user testing to iterate on design concepts, maximizing the usability and impact of the final O2 platform.
