Expanded Responsibilities

1. Campaign Architecture & Execution

  • Strategic Set-up: Build and launch complex ad campaigns across multiple platforms. You are responsible for the technical structure of the accounts, including pixel placement, tracking parameters (UTMs), and conversion API setups.
  • Audience Engineering: Develop sophisticated targeting strategies, including lookalike audiences, retargeting funnels, and interest-based segments that align with the client’s "Medium and Up" profile.
  • Budget Stewardship: Manage significant ad spends with extreme precision. You ensure that budgets are paced correctly to avoid overspend while maximizing delivery during high-performance windows.

2. Continuous Optimization & "Real-Time Data"

  • Algorithmic Mastery: Constantly monitor campaign performance. You are responsible for killing "losing" ads and scaling "winning" ads in real-time.
  • A/B Testing Framework: Lead a rigorous testing culture—testing headlines, hooks, creative formats, and landing pages to find the most efficient path to conversion.
  • Creative Feedback Loop: Act as the primary data source for the Creative Executive. You tell them why a creative failed or succeeded based on hard data, not intuition.

3. Reporting & Strategic Growth

  • Performance Analysis: Generate "Deep and Deliberate" reports that translate complex metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) into business insights for the Account Managers and the MD.
  • Scaling Maps: Identify opportunities to double or triple ad spend for high-performing campaigns, directly contributing to the agency's 300% growth target.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Use tools to monitor competitor ad strategies, ensuring MKYCOMM’s clients maintain a strategic advantage.

4. Operational Safety

  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure all ads comply with platform policies to prevent account bans or flags, protecting the agency's and client's digital assets.
  • SOP Adherence: Follow internal procurement and billing SOPs to ensure that client spend and agency invoicing remain 100% accurate.

     

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on media buying experience in an agency setting (B2B and B2C experience preferred).
  • Platform Expertise: Certified mastery of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and TikTok Ads is a significant plus.
  • Analytical Prowess: Expert-level skills in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets for data modeling.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "Big Picture" beyond just clicks; understanding how paid media fits into a full-funnel business strategy.

V. Success Metrics (KPIs)

  1. ROAS / CPA Targets: Consistently hitting or exceeding the target Return on Ad Spend or Cost Per Acquisition defined in the client strategy.
  2. Budget Accuracy: 100% accuracy in budget pacing and billing (zero overspends or unapproved spends).
  3. Scaling Milestone: Successfully scaling a client’s ad spend by at least 2x while maintaining target efficiency.
  4. Reporting Quality: Delivering insightful, "No-Fluff" reports to the AM on time, every time.
  5. Technical Health: 100% tracking accuracy across all managed accounts (no "data gaps").
