The Creative Executive at MKYCOMM is the Architect of the Story. Your role is to take the "Deep and Deliberate" strategy from the Account Managers and transform it into high-impact creative concepts. You are a mid-level leader who bridges the gap between raw strategy and visual execution. You ensure that every piece of content—whether it's a social media campaign, a brand video, or a technical UI layout—is sophisticated, data-backed, and engineered to drive growth goals. You provide the Progress our clients need and the Safety of a consistent, professional brand voice.
Expanded Responsibilities
1. Creative Conceptualization & Narrative Strategic Ideation: Translate the "Internal Master Brief" into creative concepts, mood boards, and "Big Ideas" that resonate with "Medium and Up" global audiences. Copywriting & Messaging: Lead the development of high-level brand copy, ensuring it sounds insightful, professional, and deliberate. You don't just write captions; you write narratives. Creative Alignment: Ensure that the visual style (from the Design team) and the technical setup (from the Tech team) are perfectly aligned with the creative vision.
2. Execution Leadership & Quality Control (Safety) The "First Filter": You are the first gatekeeper of quality. You review the work of Designers and Social Media Specialists to ensure it meets the MKYCOMM standard before it ever reaches the Account Manager. Brand Custodian: Ensure that every client’s brand guidelines are strictly followed. You are responsible for the "Safety" of the brand's reputation across all creative assets. SOP Champion: Use the agency’s project management tools to ensure creative workflows move smoothly and that deadlines are met without sacrificing "Deep Work" quality.
3. Data-Informed Creativity Creative Optimization: Analyze real-time performance data from Media Buyers to see which creative hooks are working. You then lead the pivot to improve performance. Growth-Centric Design: Every creative decision you make must be tied to a business objective. You focus on content that drives conversion and retention, supporting the agency's scaling targets.
