The Content Creator at MKYCOMM is the Pulse of the Narrative. While the Creative Executive is the "Architect," your role is to be the hands-on builder who brings the story to life. You bridge the gap between static strategy and dynamic execution. You are responsible for generating "on-spot" content that captures the moment while adhering to the "Deep and Deliberate" strategy set by the Account Managers. You manage the physical manifestation of the brand—whether through your own verbal and visual creation or by orchestrating third-party production houses. You ensure that every asset provides the Progress of staying relevant to trends and the Safety of flawless, high-standard delivery.

 

The Responsibilities 

 

1. Agile Content Creation & Trend Integration On-Spot Execution: Transform the agency's creative concepts into immediate, high-quality assets. You are responsible for capturing real-time content (video, photo, and copy) that feels spontaneous but is strategically engineered. Trend Translation: Actively monitor the digital landscape for emerging trends. You translate these trends into content that fits the client’s "Internal Master Brief", ensuring the brand remains culturally relevant without sacrificing professional integrity. Verbal & Visual Craft: You don't just shoot video; you craft the message. You ensure the verbal tone aligns with the "high-level brand copy" established by the Creative Executive. 

2. Production Management & External Leadership The Production Hub: You are the central point of contact for all third-party execution. You are responsible for sourcing, briefing, and managing external professionals, including production houses, photographers, producers, video editors, and colorists. Quality Assurance (The "First Filter"): Just as the Creative Executive acts as a gatekeeper, you are the "First Filter" for all external production. You review every raw file, edit, and color grade from vendors to ensure it meets MKYCOMM standards before it reaches the internal team. Resource Orchestration: Manage production timelines and deliverables to ensure workflows move smoothly. You ensure external partners deliver on time and within scope. 

3. Strategic Consistency & Brand Stewardship Brand Custodian: Ensure that every piece of content—whether shot on an iPhone or a cinema camera—strictly follows the client’s brand guidelines. You provide the "Safety" of brand consistency across all formats. Growth-Centric Output: Every piece of content you create or commission must be tied to a business objective. You focus on visuals and narratives that drive engagement and retention to support the agency's "Growth Goals".

 

Qualifications 

 

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in content creation, social media management, or production coordination within a digital agency or media house. 
  • Production Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of photography, videography, lighting, and post-production (editing/color grading). 
  • Vendor Management: Proven experience managing third-party relationships, including briefing and quality control of external creatives. 
  • Portfolio: A portfolio showing a mix of high-quality "on-spot" social content and professionally produced campaigns for established brands. 
  • Tool Proficiency: Mastery of mobile editing suites, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Project Management Tools.

     

Success Metrics (KPIs) 

 

  • Trend Response Time: Speed at which relevant trends are identified and converted into approved client content. 
  • Vendor Quality Index: Accuracy and quality of work delivered by third-party providers (minimizing revision rounds). 
  • Content Performance: Improvement in engagement rates or reach based on the content you produce or oversee. 
  • Brand Integrity: Zero instances of brand guideline violations in final delivered work (internal or external). 
  • On-Time Delivery: Percentage of content assets and production files delivered within the project management timeline.
